Terry, if you are shooting standard sized carbons through a carbon bisquit then there is already some space around the shaft. They are not tight, unless you are shooting some of the bigger shafts, eg Vapor 23 Speeds. Believe me, you don't want the aluminum bisquit to shoot carbons.
