I like the Realtree hunting shows and videos. They seem to make the most professional shows and kill some moster deer which aren't all under high fence. They also have alot of bowhunting. A lesser know show that I watch on the Outdoor Channel is "Closing the Distance". I know the guys and they do 100% bowhunting and kill some nice animals.
