I don't mean to be bashing Pyro, I also think pyrodex shoots fine to very well indeed. I've still got 3-4 pounds but I must admit that it's been several years since I've allowed it near anything.

I also shot it for years when BP was tough to come by unless you were buying bulk.

Pyrodex is just too corrosive, more susceptible to moisture and just plain stinks.

Pyrodex is my last resort powder.
