I agree.

Too bad fees go into the general fund and then support everything but wildlife or hunting access programs.

I hate to see hunters gouged just for spite(NR cap controversy the DNR will likely lose) or to create a hardship(which silences the NR hunter critics).

Either way, it makes it harder for a fellow hunter to experience an Illinois hunt.
