not to rain on anyones parade but why should'nt illinois get top dollar for NRtags other states get it . i can see the outfitters balking at it cause it may hurt their business. but cripes an out fitter is getting what somewhere between 500 and 2500 for a hunt let the outfitters cut their prices some to compensate the nr hunters
