its decent ammo the reason its so cheap is the cases are non reloadable laquered steel not brass, that alone cuts the cost of the ammo nearly in half next their packaging is quite on the basic side which again cuts the cost of the ammo. it is a bit on the dirty side, probably comparable and not any dirtier then alliant reloader 15 powder. good luck

Ps I dont like to reload .223 for my mini-14, because wolf 223 shoots great and is cheap enough it would not be worth my time to reload for it.
