Gotta keep those doe's in line. You will be astonished if you harvest enough doe's in one year how many larger bucks you will see the next year. Some of our southern ranches take enough doe's until they think they shot too many and then take another 20-25% more. Take a good lokk at the next show you see in the south. Not a lot of doe's but some monster bucks. The more doe's you take the more food is availale to the younger bucks. Leave a few mature doe's. They train the younger deer on survival... Take the rest. Especially the young motherless/lone doe fawns. How do you tell a doe fawn from a buck fawn? The reckless one is the buck... Flatter between the ears.
