I might suggest you looking at the Jennings CK 4.0 for a draw length like that. The CK 4.0, by the book, can expand to 33" for draw length. It also has some other adjustments that would be able to go to 33 1/2 or possibly more.

I know you can pick up one of those for far less then the $800 you don't want to spend.
