I have a Springfield 1911A1 Mil.spec .45 in parkerized. I love it, as it's an exact replica of the one I carried in the Marine Corps.

In something like 500 rounds, I've had absolutely zero malfunctions. I have to agree, though, target aquisition with the military sights isn't the quickest.
