You can also use loop rope to replace the cable on the drop away--it'll work!!!
Sure will. You may have to drill out the hole but it will work and work better. imo. This is how I set mine up. loop rope to downward cable. 3 does paid the price with this setup. Now I'm on to the DZ. NO problems with the QT 2000 w/ mods.
