I hunted in Schuylkill and Susquehanna

Schuylkill is loaded with deer, I screwed up when drawing back on a monster 14 point. Let several small racks pass. Harvested a doe. on the last day of rifle season we saw 17 deer. I just had to stop my truck today and let 11 deer cross the road in front of me. all doe

Susquehanna County. I saw 4 deer in two days only after abandoning my stand on my property and still hunting gamelands. Saw glimpse of buck. I harvested a doe as did 10 other hunters from that parking lot. The deer were there because of BEECH trees dropping an unusual amount of mast and thick cover. I did not see one other hunter until I drug my deer out about 3:PM way down the mountain. No pressure big woods, still hunting here is a must!!!.
