Have you cleaned the gun out and lubed it per instructions? If that doesn't work call Stoegers. My friend purchased a Beretta Silver Pigeon a few months back 20 gauge and it wouldn't eject correctly ..it had to go back. It was minor and I am sure your problem if the cleaning doesn't solve it is as well
