OK can you explain me what I need in FOC. Not sure I understand this. Do I need a even balance or a heavier front? Sorry for the newbie questions but I am just getting back into this game. I seriously doubt I would be shooting past 25-30 yds this season as I need to get back into my old shooting form

Some literature will recommend 7-12%, while others will recommend up to 15%. I like to keep mine around 10-12% for my hunting arrows. It's a good balance between stability and performance.
