All depends on my mood . . . up in the NZ of NY, I may have three guns to choose from: My scoped (Leopold Vari-X II) 742 in .30-06, or the 1100 Magnum with a rifled choke in 12 gauge, or an old Winchester 94 in .30-30.

Having said all that, I may just have my 6" Colt Python in .357 Magnum on my hip, too. Never know when that might be handy.
