I used Rust-oleum and it would scrape off if you scratched it, and some was coming off on my black strike plate. Plus, it looked like spray paint. It didn't look quite right. I am going to buy some yellow and red Krylon (what kind of Krylon do you guys use) and a can of Poly and have at it. I am not really going to crest them, but do a "double dip" where the half toward the point wil be yellow(with 1 orange band) and the nock half orange. I saw a pic of something similar somewhere and it looked awesome considering the simplicity. I have tried to do the tiny line cresting with spray paint and it isn't quite as easy. Can be done though, you just have to do a lot of tapping.
