The Answer release would be a good way to help cure it. It is a non punch release. Also a decent back tension release will help. I had target panic so bad that it didn't matter which pin was on the target the arrow was gone. I worked with back tension and the answer and ended up taking a state title last year. I would have never thought that to be possible. Hard work and proper practicing can go a long way. If you would like some more info shoot me a PM and I would be glad to tell you what worked for me.
