Ding Ding ding ! We have a winner ! Anytime theres money to be made the state is quick to hold out there hands. What do you think license plates, drivers licenses, marriage licenses, hunting licenses, fishing licenses, etc etc were created. REVENUE my friend, thats all. This is why I also believe hunting will never be outlawed, the state would be cutting their own throat of a lot of revenue.
And its not poaching when your doing it for survival. The game wardens know this and thats why they turn their heads in cases like this.
