I'm like you thundermug. I started off with nothing, and I still generally buy whatever is on sale. I usually wait until the season is over and then I check with a national distributor that carries camping gear to see what they have. Guess what? They buy Cabela's old stock and re-sell it at a great savings! I picked up a one piece uninsulated, gore-tex outfit from them for half of what it cost in Cabela's. It still had Cabela's green tag inside it. The pattern is basic Mossy Oak, but to be honest it really doesn't matter to me. I truly believe that just about any camo you use will work, provided that you take time to make sure of a good tree stand setup. Anything that breaks up your form is fine. Jimmymac
