I never could get the nap 2000 to get vane clearance on my patriot and it had thunk sound when it dropped down but many have gotten the rest to work on the pat. The Muzzy works fine on my patriot no contact and quite too. Don't know about the toughness but will know after this hunting season, it seems it will hold up just fine.
