I did originally order a "heavy 60" and therefore could very well have the tall rockers. (which might explain the limbs going south)

This is great news as I've been brainstorming all day on what bow to buy next if I couldn't get this one right (for me) and have drawn a blank.
I want my Patriot.

I called my proshop and told him about the possibility of having taller rockers and he hesitantly asked if I wanted to order the smaller rockers. He recommended trying to lower the draw weight and see if we could get it low enough for me. I know I don't want to be shooting a bow all the way backed out (for one thing it just looks goofy as heck). I think there tired of dealing with me.

I just want my bow back, 29" ~70# max backed down to 62-65#.
