Try looking in a field guide for N.America. The large bird in the bottom image looks a whole lot like a woodcock. As for the other smaller birds-not sure. The upwards facing bird in the top image-maybe a Ruby crowned kinglet? These birds may have such a large range, that pinning dwon where they were painted may be near impossible.
