Statistically, .04 is on the order of 100 times better than .0005. I'd say that's more than slightly better.
I'm confident the good Doctor's intent of the satistics offered clearly established the odds of harvesting a Boone & Crockett buck as astronomical, whether .04 or .05. The odds remain extremely long...the .05 notwithstanding.
