Trespassing is just that. If you can't reach it with a stick and you feel that you have to have it go ask the land owner and if he says no than leave it there. Maybe by showing the owner that you have respect for him you may get the permission to hunt it.
I have to agree with gutshot....If we as hunters continue to disrespect landowners, no matter how simple to us it may seem, we will continue to run into "fences" as we hunt.If we would grow some ceuth and respect landowners for they are the key to our hunting success whether we like it or not unless you were born rich and can buy your own land. I have a great respect for all of you who can actually suck up your wants and ask a landowner for any sort of permission. You never know maybe one day they will start saying, " You know I have this one guy that hunts on my land that actually asks me if he can hop a fence to get a pair of sheds." Instead of. " Can you belive this ahole just jumped my fence and did whatever he wanted to on my land?" You never know.Plus I believe in living guilt free.
