Both are good. I eat a lot of moose and elk. I think moose definatley has more of a "flavor" than elk. Moose is very close in texture to beef, and to me, taste like beef flavored with sage. Elk is milder and sweeter meat in my opinion. Elk goes better with tomato-based and other sweeter dishes. Moose seems to do well with rosemary and mexican food flavors. I am no gourmet though.

I am eating moose burritos as I type this and had moose shepherd pie last night,. Did I mention I eat a LOT of moose?
