What does the two lug have to do with extraction power???? I mean with my 700 with the C ring I had horrible extraction. I had a Sako type spring extractor and could pull the rim off. Doesn't have to do with the lug design, uless you are talking about width of the extractor being at tad smaller on a three lug?
No I'm talkin' about mechanical advantage. You don't necessarily need it unless a case swells due to pressure, a rare occourance but that's what dangerous game rifles are all about.
