Could 'not' have said it any better than silentassassin. The reasons behind his choice is exactly what I would have done had I been drawing 70#, with a 29" shaft. A heavier set up will also 'help' to reduce any hand shock and vibrations.
Ain't going to go wrong and the mix of the speed & kinetic (with a sharp broadhead of course) will pass thru almost anything once placed in the right spot.
If you're thinking about the Africian animals--well I'm not going to bet my last $ on a pass thru, but a good shot placement will get the the kill and that's really the proof in the pudding--isn't it!!!
