We said they were tough, not indestructible. A 15 foot drop isn’t good for any gun and -12 degrees doesn't help either. How many have you heard of break with normal wear and tear? and I don't believe the SBE has a one piece receiver/stock like the nova. I own Benelli, Browning, and Remington shotguns and for an all around beater that works awesome for waterfowl I like the Nova the best.
