hello all, me and my buddies are taking our college spring break to georgia to go hog hunting for a week, my question is for all you lucky guys out there who have hunted elk or caribou or something big enough that yoiu had to pak out and keep the meet a while before getting it to a butcher. we are planning on bringing large coolers and quartering our hogs and even deboning if we must, but we will be there for about 5 days so , if we shoot hogs the first day and quarter them and keep them on ice in a cooler will they keep another 4 or 5 days untill we can get them home and cut up and frozen? thanks alot guys!!!
