When it comes to the bow I would rate myself a Novice, in regards to hunting overall I would rate myself a Woodsman, with 35+ years of deer hunting under my belt, I consistantly scout well, my positioning of stands still needs some work for bow. This will be my third bow season and I feel this year will be the year for my first bow kill(probably more). This year unlike last year I have had much more time to scout and already have several stands in place that I know will put me well within 20 yards of at least 3 deer every afternoon during the opening week, and another that will be good throughout the day.
