I am 42 years old, I hunted pheasant and rabbits for about 15 years. I used to wonder who would want to sit in a tree all day to hunt deer. About 7 years ago when I found out that Illinois had a handgun season for deer and I got interested in it and gave it a try. Well thats all it took, now I hunt deer with a bow- muzzleloader- rifle- and handgun. Have not been pheasant/rabbit hunting since.
