I'm 38 years old. Born and raised on a farm in WV. Hunted and fished since I could hold a gun or pole. Shot my 1st deer at 11 with a rifle. Rifle hunted up through 1991. Got bored. Picked up a bow for Christmas, practiced all year with 3-D's, took 3 deer and have never used a rifle since. Even during gun season. I've harvested deer with a bow in WV, NC, SC, NJ, and TN by scouting on my own. In the Spring and Summer I shoot Open B in ASA. I think next Spring, I'll try my hand at turkeys with a bow. I've got 3 boys (14, 12, 9). I'm getting them involved with hunting and fishing too.
