I also have the Plano, if you don't travel on airplanes much, just carry it on bus car trips,etc you can't beat the value!!!! the support colums protect your investment well!!! As for the rubber arrow grippers, i shoot carbons and haven't had a broken arrow... I've taken it on hunts to texas 2 yrs now and it has held up to airline gorillas throwing it around.. but i know i'm pushing my luck, for heavy airline travel probably an SKB or Aluminum case would be better.....
