Hey when your pass shooting snow geese at 60-70 yds straight up and shooting T shot where you only get like 66 pellets in one 3" shell that extra 1/2" is going to help out quite a bit...by adding more pellets hopefully makeing better hits...note that i said snow geese not just geese i do not take shots at Canada geese that are more then 45 yds away or at ducks that are out 40 yds...
