I'm looking forward to getting started. Our season opens end of Sep.
I'm getting a lot of good info just browsing the boards and checking through the older posts too. The internet and it's users have been a big help for this newbie.
I will probably post about my experiences, as I gather them, somewhere in the "Northeast" forum. Maybe start a topic to post what it's like to be new in the sport.
