Venison Recepies????
Hey, new guy here, I have always been a failure when it comes to cooking Venison. I'm pretty good at other game but I'm tired of sucking at Venison.
So here's the situation. Got a deer processed into ground meat. In the mood to cook Spaghetti and meat sauce tomorrow night. Not 100% sure how long to cook ground meat for, don't wanna fry it to the point where I'm eating Spaghetti and charcoal sauce.
So, any good cooks out there that can give a suggestion or two on how to cook Venison in spaghetti sauce to the point of where not to ruin it totally?
