I believe T/C is or was making these scope protectors.I bought a couple a few years ago. I'm almost positive it was T/C who made them.There is really nothing to them.Like Graveyard said they are easy to make. You could take thin leather and make them as nice as the commericial ones are.If I recall they were close to 10 bucks each.
