RE: Fish Finders
I think you are way better with a finder/GPS . I do not use my fish finder much I use my GPS a ton. I did use my finder a lot now that I have the points and piles marked I dont use the finder much. If I went to a new lake I would use mostly the finder.
If you use your boat to find the good spots then mark them you can use the same waypionts to go ice fishing :}
