Brass, do you use #11 caps or did you purchase a 209 primer adapter? If using the #11 caps, just use the weather shroud that came with the rifle. I use mine all the time, even at the range. Remington says to use it just in the field, but I have put hundreds of shots through my gun with no ill effects. Just make sure you disassemble the bolt and thoroughly clean after each use (which you should do anyway).
