There are a lot of good mid price range bows out there and most pro shops will have them.

If you want a complete package then look at the Bowtech Tomcat.
Also have a look at the Diamond Rapture also made by Bowtech so the quality is going to be there.

Best thing I can suggest is go to a pro shop and shoot as many bows in your price range as you can and select the one that feels best for you.
