I can relate. I enjoy cleaning them almost as much as shooting them. The gal hates the smell of it and is always complaining. "You're stinking up this whole house" is what I hear alot of. You'd think she'd be use to it by now. A bit off subject...but the only pain to blackpowder is the extra work involved in prepping the cartridge brass. I throw them in hot, soapy water after I've deprimed them and then scrub the inside with a .45 caliber brush. Then let em dry before going in the cleaner. My only gripe.
