I killed my first deer with my new gun today . It is the last day of gun season in MS. This 215# 9pt came into the filed at about 4:50pm. I shot him at 175 yds. He was quartering away, and I hit him about 6 inches behind is front shoulder. He was shot with 140gr Winchester Accubond CT. Droped him dead in his tracks. There was no exit hole, but the damage at the entrance was massive. I've never seen anything like it. Those bullets don't mess around
