Take a shotshell, size 6 preferrably, but any will do, and score the plastic just above the brass. Only score it (scoring mean to take a sharp knife and cut into but not through) about halfwa, or the shell will fall apart on you. With this method, you CANNOT use the reloading action of a pump, bolt, or autoloading shotgun. It must be handfed for the action to work properly. In any case, when the shot is fired, out to 75 yds on this, the entire plastic part oft eh shell seperates from the brass and flies out the barrel in one huge sabbot round. Also, the kick on this will increase, so be prepared for a good thump, which is why I'd use a 20 ga with this
