I experienced the same problems. The fact that you don't need tools is nice, but the other short-comings are too big to ignore. The whole sight, other than the mounting bracket, is plastic. I'm not comfortable taking this thing in the woods, so it's coming off as soon as my Copper John Dead Nuts gets here.
