When you use "DEERCAINE" you don't just throw it out! Read the directions, the can I had said to mix with water then pour on the ground.
It only works at certain time of the year. Late winter thru early summer when the antlers are growing. At least that is the only time it worked for me.
Ordinary salt licks seemed to work just as well. However I didn't do a scientific study to find out which is better
