Just filled out my WILD harvest report online. Took about 10 minutes to register my unsuccessful deer and elk reports. All deer, elk, black bear and turkey reports (other than successful harvest reports that had to be in within 10 days after the kill) must be in by January 31, 2002. Reports filed before January 10 are eligible for a special drawing for deer and elk tags.
