What I don't like about peeps used for hunting:

Peeps can move.
They can fail to turn properly.
The aperture can become blocked.
They cover part of the target.
They cause the string to make more noise.


It can takes some experimenting and some practice to find an anchor that is repeatable on every shot, but it's worth it for hunters to make the effort, in my opinion.
