RE: Have you ever seen deer mating (breeding) in the wild while on a hunt?
havent seen it while hunting but I did see it happen 2 years ago while driving the backroads from my house to my hunting spot. i was driving past a cut bean field and saw a doe being chased but a nice 8pt and 2 small bucks. i pulled over and watched them for a while right out in the open when the big buck finally chased the other 2 small ones off and mounted her. he ended up mounting her 3 times in all. the chase took place all over the huge field but the grand finale happened within 50yds of me. pretty cool
