Default RE: How far should I shoot?

No one can tell you that! You must prove to yourself what your limit is. Your limit is the furthest you can shoot and NOT MISS the vitals EVER! I have friends who don't ever shoot more than 15 yards (they're that bad) and I have a buddy who'd I put money on every time at 60 yards. I practice some to 40 and 50 and basically put them all in the in the kill zone, but I'd never shoot that far......my limit is 30 yards on a broadside still shot, 25 and less is automatic!

3D practice is great, but its not a moving animal in outdoor conditions and terrain. Your limit should be considerablly less than target practice.

Good Luck!
