Welcome to the forum, C-B. There are a bunch of shooters here that use a device called a No-Peep. It eliminates the need for a peep mounted directly on your string. I've been using one for about 8 months now, and I'll never go back to the old peep style. It woks great.

There's also another similar device that's out now that is said to be superior to the no-peep, but it still follows the same concept. Maybe someone here can chime in if they have a link.
