$10 for a basic tuneup and $15 normally for more intensive detailing (within reason)...at least that is what one of the local shops charges. Another charges a $35 flat fee regardless of what gets done. I think this is a very subjective issue and should be based on the services provided and the skill level of the individual doing the tuning.
